Wednesday Winter Trainer Ride
Join us for a weekly indoor trainer ride led by local pro Steve Rosinski!  We'll be riding at Blue Ridge Cyclery's Preston Ave. location at 6:30pm (Steve is usually on the bike at 6:15, if you want some extra time).  Bring your bike & trainer - if you need to borrow a trainer, call BRC - they usually have a couple they can lend out. Hope  to see you Wednesday!

Sunday Morning Swim & Strength
New this year, Kate Stephensen is coaching a swim session at Fairview Pool , 707 Belvedere Blvd. The swim will be held bi-weekly, from 9-10am, and she will be focusing on developing efficient technique, practicing open water race tactics, and swim training for triathlon. On alternate Sunday, Kate will lead a run at 9am, same location.

Following the swim or run will be a strength session from 10-11am led by DNA MovementOptimize your triathlon ability through exercises that will complement the demands of swimming, biking and running.  *There is an $8/session fee for the strength portion.

You can participate in either or both parts. Contact Kate Stephensen (kands606@gmail.com) for signup or questions.
